Mutual Exchange
A mutual exchange is a home swap with another social housing tenant. If you are a social housing tenant you can swap with any Council tenant of Housing Association tenant in the UK as long as they have the right to a mutual exchange and both tenants want to move. Both landlords must also agree to the swap before you go ahead.
HomeSwapper is a mutual exchange service which can help you to search for possible swaps, get in touch with other tenants and arrange viewings until you find your perfect new home.
Mid-Market Rent
We have a few properties for rent on a Private Residential Tenancy Agreement at a rent level that is below the market rate and above the social housing rate. You can find out more about availability of our mid-market rentals here.
Supported Accomodation
We also have some housing where care and support are an integral part of the tenancy such as Extra Care Housing for older people and supported accommodation for people with a learning disability. Please contact us on 03000 200 217 or housing@eildon.org.uk if you would like to find out more about our supported accommodation.
